Newport Brewing & Anchor Restaurant

We helped the client secure funding to purchase the building when it was not much more than a pole barn that had been used as a second-hand shop. We watched the building being transformed to it’s current status as a premiere restaurant and brewery. Additional funds were secured for the purchase of the brewing equipment. They are now bottling and selling their product across the Northwest.
After completion, the project appraised for over $2 million.
